About Me
My name is Théo Hervé, I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently in my third year of a Bachelor’s in Multimedia and Internet Professions (BUT MMI) at the IUT of Lannion. I am currently studying various aspects of web development, covering both front-end and back-end. I have already worked on several projects, both during my studies in the Multimedia and Internet professions program and through my apprenticeship at Dancing Dead.
Dancing Dead is a company that has three music labels: the first one is Dancing Dead Records, focused on Hardstyle and Mainstage music for end-of-the-night moments; DenHaku Records, which is more House music for mid-party vibes; and DenHaku Lo-Fi, which is the third label focused on Lo-Fi songs that fit into playlists.

Through my studies, I’ve learned how to use frameworks like React within Astro 5. I’ve gained a variety of skills in design and back-end development, including database management, API integration, and the creation of relay APIs. I applied all of these skills during my apprenticeship, where my first tasks involved building websites for the different labels.
As my role evolved within the company, I took on more artist relations tasks, becoming the Product Manager for the artist Damn Low. His first release included a feature with Vladimir Cauchemar, a highly regarded name in France. I also worked on temporary tasks, such as managing a TikTok account. Additionally, I helped manage content for a new account called Dancing Dead France, as we aim to expand our audience and target the French market in anticipation of upcoming events in France.
As a member of the Dancing Dead design team, I’ve also worked on various graphic design tasks, including logo creation, TikTok branding, and designing a communication webkit on Figma for the company. This webkit allows any team member to create communication materials easily.
I also have a personal project called Hoori, which is a musical project. Through this project, I’ve organized several events, with the latest one being held on February 27, 2025, called Some Kinds of Love and Flowers. This event brought together 7 DJs from Lannion and Rennes, allowing them to express themselves in their respective genres and styles. I’m also about to release a new project, which will focus on EDM music, with Hardtechno influences and trending sounds, while still maintaining my artistic direction and colorful sound design that ties into my DA.

I have learned a great deal from both my apprenticeship and my studies, but I also know there’s still a lot to learn and more progress to make.
